Welcome

For over ten years I have had the pleasure of assisting Sellers and Buyers with their home plans and dreams. The best thing I have found that I can do for my clients is to listen and ask open-ended questions to get us to "the why" so we can identify and find "the what". Communication is the key, it leads to a much less stressful transaction, as it should be. The other key is to act with integrity and put my client's needs above all else.

I was born and raised in the Upper Midwest, raised a family of three great kids and a dog. Love sports, food, music, and traveling, not necessarily in that order. Very much enjoying my move to Florida in 2024, love all this State has to offer for attractions and fun. Life is GOOD!
